Spices are less used in foods, which are highly essential for taste, essence, odour, and colour. However, spices are highly useful for health and various treatments. Here I’ve mentioned some of the most used spices, its health benefits and ways of use.


Ginger:

  • Fights against Cancer
  • Reduce inflammation

Ways to use ginger:

  • Grate fresh ginger to use in marinades, in smoothes, dipping sauces

  • Cancer prevention/treatment
  • Strengthens cardiovascular system
